Do I need a new physical every year?
Yes! Sports physicals are required every year and must be dated after June 1, 2025 for the 2025-26 school year.
Do transfer students need to complete additional forms?
Yes. If you are transferring from another high school, please email the Athletic Director to complete CIF transfer paperwork.
How do I submit my clearance paperwork?
All paperwork must be submitted online via Home Campus. Please do not bring physical copies to the office.
